At OTC Sports, we believe a great event starts with clear communication and a first-class experience. This page is designed to give you everything you need to know before arriving at the park—from venue previews and award packages to game format and event policies.

Event Award Packages
Curious about what champions and finalists take home? Click “OTC Awards” in the menu to view our award packages. OTC is known for delivering some of the best awards in travel baseball, built to recognize effort, achievement, and excellence.
Event Format
Our events are structured to maximize competition while keeping the day efficient and enjoyable.
Minimum of 3 games guaranteed
2 pool games followed by single-elimination bracket play
Dedicated on-site Umpire-in-Charge and Site Directors available throughout the event
Venue Regulations
To ensure a respectful, family-friendly environment and support our host parks:
No pets beyond the gate entrance
No boom boxes or amplified music
No outside food or drink past any gate entry point
No smoking or alcohol within the venue
Pitching Rules
All players are limited to a maximum of 5 innings per day
Game Times & Rules
All ages play 1-hour games, no drop-dead time, 6 innings maximum
Run rules:
12 after 3 innings
10 after 4 innings
8 after 5 innings
