OTC SPORTS FALL JAMBALAYA FUNDRAISER 

Want to raise money for your team? We've got the perfect opportunity! 

At all Chappapeela Sports Park Fall events, OTC Sports is allowing ONE TEAM EACH WEEKEND to cook a Jambalaya Fundraiser and KEEP 100% OF THEIR EARNINGS! 



How It Works:
One team will be selected each weekend.
Your team cooks and sells jambalaya.
Your organization keeps 100% of the profits!
Spots are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED and will go fast!

Requirements:
Your team must play no fewer than THREE OTC Sports Fall events.
Your team must be registered before August 20.
Register for your tournaments first.

FUNDRAISER GUIDELINES
What Teams Provide:
Tent, tables, ingredients, and cooking equipment
Enough food for 400β500 bowls per day on large 60β70 team weekends
What OTC Sports Provides:
Designated space with electricity
Unloading access at the double gate (arrive before 7:30 AM)
Important Reminders:
Start cooking early β teams that run out can lose up to 100 bowls in sales
Visibility matters β use large signs facing both directions
Serve fast β guests want βgrab, pay, and goβ
Gate fees apply if your team is playing (except 1β2 cooks). Notify OTC if your team is not playing
Set up by 7:00 AM and begin serving by 10:00 AM
Ask for the site director upon arrival to be assigned your spot
Teams keep 100% of profits.
This opportunity is designed to help teams that support OTC Sports raise funds for travel, uniforms, and expenses while adding great food and a strong community atmosphere to every event.
