⚾️ FUNDRAISER GUIDELINES
What Teams Provide:
Tent, tables, ingredients, and cooking equipment.
Prepare enough to serve 400–500 bowls/day during large 60–70 team weekends.
What OTC Sports Provides:
Designated space with electricity on site.
Access for unloading at the double gate (arrive before 7:30 AM).
Important Reminders:
Start cooking early. Teams that run out lose up to 100 bowls in sales.
Visibility matters. Use large signs facing both directions.
Serve fast! Guests prefer quick “grab, pay, and go” service.
Gate fees: If your team is playing all team members pay the gate fee except 1–2 cooks. Notify OTC if your team isn’t playing.
Set up by 7 AM, start serving by 10 AM. Ask for the director upon arrival — he will assign your setup spot.
Teams keep 100% of profits.
