Legal Actions, Threats, and Disputes

Effective 07/01/2024

At OTC Sports, we are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all participants. To ensure that our activities remain enjoyable and free from legal disputes, we have established the following policy regarding legal actions, threats, and disputes:

Legal Actions and Threats

  • Automatic Suspension: Any Participant, Official, Team, Sponsor, Related Party (including but not limited to parents, spouses, and children of Participants, Officials, etc.), or any other individual who threatens legal action in writing against OTC Sports, OTC Sports Directors, or any OTC Sports Affiliates will be automatically suspended from all OTC Sports activities. This suspension will remain in effect until the legal dispute or threat is resolved to the satisfaction of OTC Sports ownership.
  • Lawyer Contact: If a lawyer contacts OTC Sports, an OTC Sports Director, or any OTC Sports Affiliate on behalf of any individual or related party regarding a matter associated with OTC Sports, that individual, their team, and all related parties may also face suspension from OTC Sports activities until the dispute is resolved satisfactorily.

Verbal Threats

  • Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Threatening legal action or retaining a lawyer verbally with any OTC Sports Director or Official is considered unsportsmanlike conduct and may result in suspension or removal from all OTC Sports activities.
  • Suspension for Verbal Threats: Verbal threats against any Participant, Official, Team, Sponsor, Related Party, OTC Sports Directors, or OTC Sports Affiliates related to OTC Sports matters will result in suspension from OTC Sports activities until such actions are resolved to the satisfaction of OTC Sports ownership.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a respectful and sportsmanlike environment. Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please contact us directly.

Thank you for your commitment to fair play and respect within our community.
